Nova remotes are produced and owned by Centsys (Centurion Systems). Established in 1986 in South Africa Centurion Systems have evolved into the leading manufacturer of Gate motors, gate and garage remotes and automation access equipment.


Centurion developed the NOVA code hopping remote controls. This remote control transmits a new random code each time it is used. This provides high levels of security and prevents unwanted copying of the remote signal.
