Kawasaki ZX6 ZX10 Z1000 ZXR1400 Z750S & Ninja motorcycle transponder key cut & cloned

This key profile can be used with the following KAWASAKI motorcycle models in the table below:

This key profile is a JMA KAW-9.P1 and has the same key blade as a Silca KW 16. Other matching Silca codes include KW16MH, KW16TE & KW16FH.

There is also a NON-TRANSPONDER version of this key which was used with older bikes that did not have a transponder in the key head. The reference for this older key is JMA KAW-9.P or Silca KW16CP and we can of course cut these too. Non-Transponder keys are much cheaper at just $15.

We have been cutting keys for almost 40 years and do have old stock of some profiles so if you are chasing a key for a really old model come see us.

In the case of the models listed above, they use highly encrypted transponder chips and so the bike MUST be present to make a new key as we need to gather data from the vehicle and the key using our special equipment to make a copy of the chip.

Please allow a minimum of 10 minutes and up to 45 minutes for certain keys to be copied.

The main security element in modern motorcycle keys is the transponder chip. These have been used in most makes from the mid 90's. It is this item that allows the ignition to start the engine.
