The Firmamatic by Firmadoor 059409 is a black remote with 1 long white button is made by B&D and can be used to replace a number of remotes branded as B&D or Firmamatic.

There are a number of different versions of this remote and each are cross compatible. This version is the Firmamatic 059409 and this can replace the similar looking Easylifter 062266 remote by B&D and most importantly this remote operates on the 433.92mhz frequency and so will not work with the old 27mhz motors.
This remote is designed to be attached to the sun visor of your car and comes with a sun visor clip included.
Check the back of your old remote or motor for the operating frequency, which must be 433.92MHz.
You will see this remote features the Model No. 059409, Freq. 433.92 & Type 1A4980 on the sticker on the back of the remote. You will also notice it says it is made by B&D and hence the compatibility with the similar looking B&D branded remotes.
