Wheels car alarm remote replacement RMW01T

This smart looking chrome and black 4 button remote control can replace approx 10 older Wheels car alarm remote controls. The black 2 button remote shown in the photo is the most popular version.

You will receive the chrome & black remote on the right side of the photo.

Some of the remote controls that this one replaces look very similar to other brands so please look very carefully at the photos and compare your remote carefully to ensure you select the correct item. Most of these older remotes feature the Wheels logo as shown in the photos.

If you are not certain please feel free to email us some photos of your old remote and we will assist you in choosing the correct replacement for it.

This remote operates on 315 MHz which is not that common. The transmitter on the circuit board of this remote has R315M printed on it to indicate the 315 MHz transmission frequency. Check your old remote to see if it is definitely on 315 MHz also.

YOU WILL NEED A WORKING REMOTE TO CODE A NEW REMOTE.

Steps to code your new remote:

1. Disarm the system with old remote/insert the key in the ignition. 

2. Turn the key from ACC to On 3 to 5 times until you see the LED on the dash light up. Leave the key in On position

3. Press any button on the new remote control twice. LED on dash should start flashing to confirm programming success.

4. Now press a button on the old remote twice, LED again should be flashing.

5. To exit programming turn the key from Off to On twice, remove key and exit the vehicle.
