Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 - 2017 2+1 button aftermarket smart proximity key

This top quality smart proximity key can be used with Jeep Grand Cherokee models built between 2011 & 2017 which have an ID46 PCF7953A transponder chip inside.

The manufacturers part number printed on the original OEM keys can be a little misleading, as there seems to be a variety of keys with the same part number printed on them but not all of them have the same transponder chip.

Please have your original key scanned to ensure the transponder type matches this one before placing your order.

This key can only be coded to the vehicle using diagnostic equipment by a licensed person. We can do this at our shop in East Victoria Park or you can have this done by your local locksmith, mechanic  or auto electrician.

The emergency key blade is included in the price and uses the common JMA CHR15 profile as used with most Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles.

As this key is an aftermarket part it does not feature any logo on it.

The key has the UNLOCK & LOCK buttons at the top and the red PANIC button at the bottom. It does not matter if your original key has this panic button or not as far as compatibility.
