This product has been temporarily removed from sale as direct result of the Consumer Goods Safety Standard 2020 (Products Containing Button/Coin Batteries) which became enforceable on 22nd June 2022 and carries fines of up to $1million. 

All products that contain a button cell or coin type battery must be safety tested to confirm they comply with these new regulations. All button cell batteries must be in a new type of packaging with new labels. 

We are working with all of our suppliers to confirm this compliance before we make the product available for sale again.

This remote can only be programmed to the vehicle using a diagnostic tool by a licensed repairer. We can do this for you or you can use a local locksmith, mechanic or auto electrician where you live.

There are 2 main key profiles used on Mitsubishi vehicles and so it is vital you look closely at the grooves on the blade of your key to identify which key shell you need.

These remotes are supplied with a CR1616 battery already fitted and if you need a spare or extra battery you can find these under compatible items.
