For this key it should be 271451-3370 and only have LOCK & UNLOCK buttons.

Coding a spare or extra key to this type of Toyota vehicle is pretty straight foward but if you lose your only key the process becomes more complicated and far more expensive so we strongly advise you to always make sure you have a spare key for your Toyota.
