The remote part of the flip key can be programmed tot he vehicle using a manual process. The steps involved vary from model to model so please let us know which model vehicle you have so we can supply the appropriate programming isntructions for the remote part.

Programming the ID60 4D DST40 transponder chip to the vehicle requires the use of a diagnostic scan tool conected to the car and we can do this for you or you can use a locksmith in your area to cut the blade and program the transponder chip.

We can also make an alternative aftermarket frip key for your vehicle if you would prefer something that looks a little different.

When programming these keys all previously registered key are deleted and re-registered during the programming process.

A minimum of 2 keys must be registered to the vehicle to complete the programming process.

This key is supplied with a battery already fitted abd spare batteries can be added to your order from the compatible items tab.

WARNING! KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Never allow children to replace button batteries on any device. Swallowing or placing a button cell battery inside any part of the body may lead to severe or fatal injuries in as little as 2 hours or less due to chemical burns and potential perforation of the oesophagus.

If you suspect your child has swallowed a button battery or placed inside any part of the body, immediately call the POISONS INFORMATION CENTRE on 13 11 26 for prompt advice. If your child is having any difficulty breathing, contact 000.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
