Mitsubishi compatible JMA MIT-8D & Silca MIT11R aftermarket flip key blade

This aftermarket flip key blade matches the Silca MIT11R & JMA MIT-8D key profile as used with a huge range of Mitsubishi vehicles including:

Please also note there are not currently aftermarket flip key remote options for every one of these vehicles but new options are being added to the range regularly. There are know issues with some Mitsubishi flip key remotes dropping out after a period of time and so on some models we only offer OEM style remote keys which look like the original as we do not wish to have customers experiece problems down the track.

The Silca MIT11R or JMA MIT-8D key blade profile was used with a very large number of Mitsubishi vehicles from the mid 1990s to the present day. 

The Silca MIT11R (JMA MIT-8D) key blade profile looks quite similar to another Mitsubishi key blade which uses what looks like the reverse profile. However if you take note of the centre groove on this MIT11R it has 1 squared edge on the right and one angled edge on the left of the groove. It also has a thinned edge on the left edge of the key blade. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS BLADE WILL NOT FIT GENUINE MITSUBISHI FLIP KEY REMOTES AS THE PART THAT FITS INTO THE FLIP KEY IS A DIFFERENT SHAPE AND SIZE AND THE POSITIO OF THE ROLL PIN GROOVE IS ALSO DIFFERENT

To secure this key blade to the flip key we use a small roll pin. When we have cut the key blade it is then fitted to the flip key body. If you are buying this key blade along with a remote flip key and are going to have it cut & programmed where you live we will include a roll pin in the package with the key blade so that the locksmith who cuts the keyblade for you can secure it to the flip key.
