Jeep Wrangler 2018-2021 2 button ID4A HITAG-AES keyless go 433 MHz ASK flip key

This product has been temporarily removed from sale as direct result of the Consumer Goods (Products Containing Button/Coin Batteries) Safety Standard 2020 which becomes enforceable on 22nd June 2022 and carries fines of up to $1million. 

All products that contain a button cell or coin type battery must be safety tested to confirm they comply with these new regulations. All button cell batteries must be in a new type of packaging with new labels. 

We are working with all of our suppliers to confirm this compliance before we make the product available for sale again. 

We should have had 18 months to get this compliance but sadly the ACCC did not inform our suppliers or us or pretty much any other industry and we only found out about this new law 4 weeks ago.

This new style Jeep proximity key is suited to Jeep Wrangler models from 2018 - 2021 with push button start.

The fob is quite bulky and this 2 button version can replace the key with the extra red panic button also as long as the frequency is the same. This remote transmits on 433 MHz ASK.

The key uses a PCF7939M / HITAG AES / 4A CHIP internally and the part details for a genuine key are as follows:

This new Jeep key actually uses a Fiat based key blade which matches the Silca SIP22 or JMA FI-16 key profile.

Programming one of these keys is much more straight forward if you have a working key to the vehicle and this is why we always reccomend you have a spare key for your car. If you lose your only key this process becomes infinitely more difficult and much more expensive.

To cut and program this key to your vehicle we will need the car at our workshop for around 45-60 minutes generally. Please call and book an appointment as walk in customers will have to wait if we have appointments already booked.
