Volvo XC90 5 button remote flip key shell replacement with NE66 key blade

Volvo XC90 5 button replacement remote flip key shell with NE66 blank key blade. If your Volvo XC90 flip key is falling appart you can use this replacement 5 button remote flip key shell to house the original remote circuit board and glass transponder chip.

Sadly its a fairly common fault that we see the original flip key mechanism stops flipping out or will not lock in place when folded away. The plastic body of the originals often comes appart which can cause you to lose the very small glass transponder chip inside and this would result in your car not starting. The remote section of your key may be missing button or missing the battery cover.

As long as the electronics actually work you can transfer them along with the little glass transponder chipinto this shell and it will be good as new. This will be far cheaper than getting a complete new key from the Volvo dealer.
