Mazda 3 & 6 2019 onward genuine 3 button proximity key BCYB-67-5-DY B

This new shape genuine Mazda 3 button proximity remote key can be used with a number of newer Mazda models including:

The information in the table above is intended to be used as a guide only. Before placing an order please check the details of your key carefully to ensure it matches this one. i.e. is your key a 3 button proximity key matching this style with the buttons on the side?

Inside your key does it have the part number MODEL: SKE11E-01 and reference DCDC191 

On the bottom of the proximity remote you will see a little black slide button. When you slide this toward the side of the key it will allow you to remove the back cover of the key. Inside you will see the emergency blade attached to the back cover and printed on the remote is the details of the remote. 

Once the back cover is removed you can also remove the front cover and inside this section you will see the battery compartment. Please check the photos for more info on this or take a look on YouTube for videos on how to safley open the remote without breaking the case. 

This type of proximity key can only be programmed using specialist daignostic equipment and the programming takes a little longer than the older proximity keys so please allow around an hour for the new key to be cut and programed.

Genuine proximity remotes like this one do not come with the emergency key blade included. These are sold separately and can be added to your order from the Compatible items section below.

IF YOU PROGRAM A KEY TO ONE OF THESE MAZDA VEHICLES AND THE NUMBER OF BUTTONS OR BOOT BUTTON SYMBOLS DO NOT MATCH YOU WILL GET AN ERROR ON THE DASH STATING INCORRECT KEY PROGRAMMED. THE KEY WILL GENERALLY STILL WORK OK BUT THE ERROR APPEARS EVERY TIME THE IGNITION IS TURNED ON AND BECOMES IRRATATING.

This version of the key has the SEDAN symbol on the boot button and hence only suits sedan vehicles such as the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 as listed above.

This key is supplied with a CR2032 battery already fitted and if you require a spare you ca add one to your order from the Compatible items section.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
