OEM Chevrolet 5 button smart proximity key for use with a number of US Import models built after 2016.

This proximity remote key is compatible with the following models as long as the original key matches exactly and is 315 MHz.

The remote features  LOCK - UNLOCK - REMOTE START - BOOT - PANIC buttons and includes the slide out emergency key.

The emergency key is a Silca HU100 key profile as used on many Holden vehicles.

This proximity remote key can only be programmed to the vehicle using diagnostic equipment and we can do this for you at our East Victoria Park workshop. Just call us on (08) 6110 2693. We charge $90 for this service if you purchase the key from us.

Alternately you can have it coded to your vehicle by a licensed locksmith where you live.

In the event that the battery in your remote dies, you can slide out the emergency key to open the vehicle by pressing the small chrome button on the side and pull on the keyring end of the remote. Once removed use the key to open the vehicle. To start the motor you need to place the key, button side up in the back cup holder. Once placed there you can press the Start/Stop button to start the vehicle.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
