Holden VE Commodore 2006 - 2013 aftermarket 2 button remote flip key

THIS REMOTE FLIP KEY CAN ONLY BE PROGRAMMED TO YOUR VEHICLE USING DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS. 

We offer this service at our East Victoria Park workshop in WA. The vehicle and all keys working or not must be present when you bring the car to us for programming the new key. PLease call is on (08) 6110 2693 to book an appointment.

The job takes about 40 minutes to complete.

This remote flip key features 2 buttons on the front LOCK & UNLOCK. The 2 button remote was only used with Ute and Wagon models. We also carry the 3 button version with the boot release button.

The genuine Holden VE Commodore flip keys are not very strong and we see lots of them that have broken in the minddle where the flip part and remote part join. This aftermarkey flip key is a stong design and the buttons will not perish like the genuine flip keys do.

THIS KEY DOES NOT HAVE THE RED PANIC BUTTON ON THE BACK

THIS FLIP KEY CAN REPLACE GENUINE HOLDEN FLIP OR FIXED BLADE 3 BUTTON REMOTE KEYS

If your old key still starts the car but it is just the remote that does not work, this may be as simply as us changing the battery or cleaning up the board, contacts, re-soldering a button etc. All of this can be assessed at our workshop.

If the button pad is cracked up or damaged as we see with a lot of these remotes, we sell a genuine Holden button pad replacement which you will see under the Compatible Items tab below.

If the key shell is damaged we also offer an aftermarket replacement complete shell which has the key blade included. We can cut the new key blade and swap over all the electronics for you or you can do that locally through a locksmith or key cutting & shoe repair shop.

We hope this is not too complicated but we are trying to offer you as cheap an option as possible depending on what you need. Why cut and program a new key blade part if you only need the remote head or similarly why replace the entire remote if you only need the button pad.

Dispose of used button/coin batteries immediately and safely. A battery can still be dangerous even when it can no longer operate the device. Place sticky tape around both sides of the battery and dispose of it immediately out of reach of children in an outside bin or recycle safely.
