Holden VF Commodore 5 button flip key shell only - no electronics upgraded version

Why replace your entire remote flip key just because the case or shell has broken or the button pad has holes in it. Here we offer you a top quality replacement 5 button flip key shell for your Holden VF Commodore secured with 3 screws.

This key features button symbols for: : UNLOCK - LOCK - BOOT - REMOTE START - PANIC ALARM.

The buttons in this new style shell will not perish like the original ones and as it is secured with 3 screws the whole shell ia a much better product than original.

Please take note of the position of each button compared to your current key. If the little micro switches inside your remote are damaged and so cannot be pressed anymore, or you have lost a key. we do also offer comeplete keys and programming at our workshop in East Victoria Park.

There is a proximity key or key less start version of this key also but this will not fit into this shell. This shell here is for the flip-key type only where you actually put the key in the ignition to start the vehicle. 

THIS KEY IS MILLED OUT ALONG THE CENTRE OF THE BLADE AND MATCHES - SILCA HU100 OR JMA MLOP-11. 

As long as your remote control module still works, you can have the blade of this key cut to match your existing key and insert the remote module and transponder chip and you are up and running again.

If you come into our East Victoria Park shop we will be happy to cut the key, swap over your case and test your battery, while you wait. It is always best to have the car present when getting the key cut so it can be properly tested for smooth operation in doors and ignition.

Please note that the dimensions shown under the DATA SHEET tab are of the flip key when the blade is folded in and should be used as a guide only.

If you do not live close by you can of course order this key shell and take it to your local key cutting shop and have them cut the blade to match your existing key. Then you can swap the remote module and transponder chip into the new shell and you are up and running.

Your original Holden flip key will be glued together and we have found these particular keys can be very tricky to get apart. You should take great care in taking the old shell apart to avoid damaging the circuit board or transponder chip. This shell features a screw through the back cover for added firmness once assembled.

The shell does not come with a Holden logo sticker but we do sell genuine logo stickers to fit this shell. 

Even 0.01mm difference in the dimensions of the key blade can make it not fit correctly and so not work correctly when cut.
