Hyundai 81996-S1030 replacement emergency key blade for smart proximity key

This emergency key blade fits inside a number of the latest style Hyundai smart proximity remote keys of the type shown in the image above.

The emergency key blade is released by pressing the small rectangular button on the back of the remote body and sliding out the emergency key. 

Please check the key profile of your existing key matches this one before purchasing.

This key is very similar to other Hyundai key blades such as the KIA7 but unlike the KIA7 it is shorter and has flat edges. This type of key is milled out along both sides of this central groove and is usually referred to as a wave cut of laser cut.

This key will need to be duplicated or cut to match your existing key. We can do this in our workshop in East Victoria Park WA 6101 or you can have it done at any good locksmith shop where you live.

We charge an additional $20 to cut this type of key blade.
