Mercedes Fobik style remote Silca HU64 emergency key blade

This high quality Silca HU64 or JMA ME-7 compatible flip key blade will fit our range of aftermarket universal flip keys.

The HU64 key blade profile is used extensively with Mercedes vehicles. The early models of FOBIK remotes were an all black plastic shell and used a different emergency key blade. The key profile was the same but the way it locks into place inside the fobik is different and so this one will not suit. 

THIS EMERGENCY BLADE ONLY FITS THE CHROME EDGED FOBIKS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE.

This type of key is milled along one edge and is sometimes referred to as a wave cut as the resulting surface looks like it has waves in it.

You will notice from the image that the end of the key blade has a groove in it where it loks in place inside the fobik. The location of this groove and the dimensions of the end of the blade are very important as this is how it locks into place inside the fobik remote.

We charge an additional $25 for this service and it is best if the vehicle is present.
