Elsema FMT301, single button 27mhz garage door & gate remote control

THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION - YOU WILL NEED TO UPGRADE THE RECEIVER IN YOUR SYSTEM TO AN ELSMEA PENTA SERIES RECEIVER AND PENTACODE REMOTES.

The Elsema FMT-301 has had a few different colour stickers over the years but as you will see in the photos the design has pretty much stayed the same. It has also been re-branded by various garage door companies around the country including ARCO, B&D, Bollinger Gates and Marshall Beattie as you will see in the photos attached. It can also be replaced with the much smaller Elsema KEY-302b aftermarket remote, as can all of the remotes below:

The FMT-301 uses a 12 dip switch system and you will receive full instruction on how to set the switches in your new remote to match those on your old remote so that it works first time.  Please check carefully to ensure your remote matches exactly to one in the photos. Even if your remote only has 10 dip switches inside you will find your motor will have 12 and the instructions will take you through the programming step by step. The FCC ID: OHKFMT-301 should be on the sticker on the back of the remote along with the TYPE: FMT-301 and SUPPLY: 9V Battery
