Elsema FMT101, 1 button black 27mhz garage door & gate remote control

THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION - YOU WILL NEED TO UPGRADE THE RECEIVER IN YOUR SYSTEM TO AN ELSMEA PENTA SERIES RECEIVER AND PENTACODE REMOTES.

This older black cigarette packet size remote control with 1 large white button is now obsolete and so you can chose from the alternative replacement remote controls shown on the Compatible Items Tab. 

If you open the back of your remote you should see a sticker that says FMT-101 and your remote should have 10 dip switches. To code your new remote simply copy the positions on switch 1-10 in your old remote into the new remote and set swith 11 & 12 in the new remote to the ON position.

If you old remote looks like this but only has 9 dip switches it is a FMT-102 and can only be replaced by the new Elsema FMT-102A.

You may see these older remotes re-branded with stickers for the gate or garage door company on the front such as the example in the photos which was branded as Iaquinto Brothers Automatic Gates.
