This ARCO FMT302 Automated Vehicle Access Syetem remote is now obsolete and so you can chose from the alternative replacement remotes shown on the Compatible Items Tab. 

PLEASE CHECK THE BACK OF YOUR OLD REMOTE TO ENSURE IT IS A FMT-302. IF IT IS A FMT-302DA YOU WILL NEED A DIFFERENT REPLACEMENT REMOTE CONTAINING DA IN THE MODEL NUMBER
