Elsema FMT-302DA, 2 button 27 MHz garage door & gate remote control

The Elsema FMT-302DA is a cigarette packet size garage door & gate remote control. It's unique in that the remote can be used to control 2 seperate devices, one which is common to other peoples remotes and one that is private to your remote. One such application would be a large group of homes or units where there is a Main Entry (Channel 1) which could be a gate and up to 256 private garages (Channel 2) within the home unit complex each with a unique code.

The FMT-302DA uses a 12 dip switch system and you will receive full instruction on how to set the switches in your new remote to match those on your old remote so that it works first time.
