The Bollinger Gates 1 button remote control is a genuine product and comes with easy to follow coding instructions to pair the new remote with your system. There are other remotes on the market that look like this one so please check the back of your remote for the code NEO10-BOL. If this is not the code on the label then this remote will not work on your system.
