Nissan Pulsar & Maxima 4 button 315 MHz remote control

This product has been temporarily removed from sale as direct result of the Consumer Goods (Products Containing Button/Coin Batteries) Safety Standard 2020 which becomes enforceable on 22nd June 2022 and carries fines of up to $1million. 

All products that contain a button cell or coin type battery must be safety tested to confirm they comply with these new regulations. All button cell batteries must be in a new type of packaging with new labels. 

We are working with all of our suppliers to confirm this compliance before we make the product available for sale again. 

We should have had 18 months to get this compliance but sadly the ACCC did not inform our suppliers or us or pretty much any other industry and we only found out about this new law 4 weeks ago.

If your remote looks identical to this one and is used with either a:

NISSAN PULSAR - 2000 TO 2005

NISSAN MAXIMA - 1999 TO 2003

then this remote is the correct one for you. If you look on the back of your remote you will see the FCC ID: NHVBU427 in very small print near the top of the remote. This confirms it is the same as this one.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODELS THAT HAD THE REMOTE-KEY

This operates on 315 MHz.

Many of our separate remotes fobs such as this one here can be programmed to your vehicle yourself and we provide instruction on how to do this with all such remotes. The instructions will usually have pictures of which buttons to press in the car or very specific instructions on what you need. In almost all cases this takes less than 5 minutes to complete and some such as the Ford remotes can take as little as 2 minutes to program to your car.

If you have any issues during programming please call us and we will talk you through it. If you are not confident about programming the remote yourself just select the Click & Collect delivery option and then bring your car to our shop during business hours and we will program the remote for you.

If you wish to get a generic aftermarket flip key combining a key and remote, this can only be done at our store as the key blade needs to be cut and the remote and transponder programmed to your vehicle.
